Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet and warm through over medium-low heat.
  6. Stir in the pasta and coat evenly with the sauce.
