Cowboy Butter Steak Bites

These Cowboy Butter Steak Bites are pan-seared for a perfect crust, tossed in rich and zesty cowboy butter, and served with extra for dipping. Ideal for a quick dinner, a party platter, or a decadent snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound steak cut into 1-inch pieces (top sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 recipe cowboy butter divided

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 1½–2 minutes without moving.
  3. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until desired doneness.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add half the cowboy butter to the skillet and toss to coat steak.
  5. Cook 1 minute until butter melts and steak is glazed.
  6. Melt remaining cowboy butter in the microwave.
  7. Serve alongside steak bites for dipping or drizzling.

Notes

  • Pat steak pieces dry before cooking for a better sear.
