Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with foil and grease with spray.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, and ¼ cup of cranberry sauce.
- Mix by hand until well combined.
- Press mixture evenly into prepared loaf pan.
- Spread remaining 1 cup of cranberry sauce over the top.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Notes
- You can use homemade or canned cranberry sauce—just be sure it’s the whole berry kind.
- Ground chicken can be used as a substitute for turkey.
