Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 ¼ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with foil and grease with spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, and ¼ cup of cranberry sauce.
  3. Mix by hand until well combined.
  4. Press mixture evenly into prepared loaf pan.
  5. Spread remaining 1 cup of cranberry sauce over the top.
  6. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Notes
