Cream Cheese Swirled Banana Bread

This cream cheese swirled banana bread is everything I love in a comfort bake—sweet ripe bananas, a moist tender crumb, and a creamy swirl of cheesecake tucked right in the middle. It’s my favorite way to elevate classic banana bread into something truly special for brunch, gifting, or cozy afternoons.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas with lots of brown spots for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
  • Don’t worry if the cream cheese layer sinks slightly—it creates that beautiful marbled look!
  • The bread slices best when fully cooled.
