Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • Reserved pasta water as needed

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
  3. Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  6. Remove and set aside.

Notes
