Method
- Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella.
- Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Roll each noodle with 1/4 cup of filling and place seam-side down.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.

• Use rotisserie chicken for a fast shortcut.
• Want extra sauce? Serve with an extra ladle of warmed Alfredo on the side.
