Creamy Crock Pot Ground Beef and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 5 small potatoes
  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef browned
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef and set aside.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spray crock pot with nonstick spray.
  5. Layer potatoes, beef, soup mixture, and cheese in crock pot.
  6. Repeat layers and top with cheese.

Notes

  • You can slice the potatoes ahead and keep them in cold water until ready to use.
