Ingredients
  

Sauce
  • cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon honey
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • ½ teaspoon each: onion powder oregano, basil, parsley
Chicken / Other
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3.2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a measuring cup and set aside.
  2. Slice chicken in half lengthwise. Pound to ½ inch thick.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Heat olive oil in skillet. Sear chicken in batches, 4–5 minutes per side. Set aside.
  5. Turn off heat. Add wine and return heat to medium.
  6. Scrape pan and simmer 2 minutes.
  7. Add garlic and cook 2–3 minutes more.

Notes

  • White wine adds depth, but chicken broth can be substituted for a non-alcoholic version.
