Method
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a measuring cup and set aside.
- Slice chicken in half lengthwise. Pound to ½ inch thick.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in skillet. Sear chicken in batches, 4–5 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Turn off heat. Add wine and return heat to medium.
- Scrape pan and simmer 2 minutes.
