Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9x13" baking dish.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Spoon the mixture over the chicken and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  6. Tent with foil if browning too fast.
