Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup salted butter

Method
 

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  3. Cook for about 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant but not browned.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream.
  5. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 10–20 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
