Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
  5. Cook for 10–20 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
  7. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve warm.
