Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

Method
 

  1. Boil egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain fat and set beef aside.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet. Whisk in flour and cook 2 minutes to make a roux.
  4. Slowly add chicken broth, whisking constantly until thickened.
  5. Stir in milk and simmer until creamy and smooth.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
