Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1-1/2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain grease and return beef to the pan.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour in milk and beef broth. Stir well.
  5. Add egg noodles and stir to mostly submerge in the liquid.
  6. Cover with lid and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
