- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
- Sauté shallots for 3 minutes, then add garlic for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and lemon juice. Cook 4–5 minutes until pink and curled.
- Remove shrimp and keep warm.

Notes
