Method
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat 1 Tbsp butter and oil in a pan.
- Sear pork chops for 3–4 mins per side. Remove and keep warm.
- Add 1 Tbsp butter and mushrooms. Cook for 2 mins.
- Add 1 Tbsp butter and onion.
- Cook 3–4 mins, then add garlic and sauté 30 secs.
- Stir in flour and cook 30 secs.

- Don’t skip the searing step—it locks in the juices and adds flavor.
- You can use bone-in pork chops, but cooking time may increase slightly.
- For extra richness, swap half the broth with dry white wine.
