Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg gluten-free ladyfingers fresh baked preferred
  • 5.1 oz instant banana pudding mix
  • 16 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 16 oz milk thicker dairy-free milk like Ripple if needed
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce

Method
 

  1. Use a 10×7-inch baking dish at least 2 inches deep.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add banana pudding mix and milk. Mix until creamy.
  4. Line the dish with ladyfingers. Spread half the cream mixture on top.
  5. Drizzle with half the caramel.
  6. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the rest of the cream.
