Ingredients
  

  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Blend the crushed pineapple (with juice) and pineapple juice on low until smooth.
  2. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract (if using); pulse until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust cream if needed.
  4. Pour into molds, leaving space at the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  6. To serve, run warm water over molds and enjoy.
