Method
- Blend the crushed pineapple (with juice) and pineapple juice on low until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract (if using); pulse until well combined.
- Taste and adjust cream if needed.
- Pour into molds, leaving space at the top.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run warm water over molds and enjoy.
