Crispy Air Fryer Radish Chips

Thin-sliced radishes transform into crispy, savory chips in under 20 minutes with just a touch of oil and seasoning.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups radish slices thinly sliced, about 1/8 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil or olive oil use a spritzer or brush lightly
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Wash and pat dry the radish slices thoroughly.
  2. Place them in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  3. Spritz or lightly brush with oil.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Air fry at 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. Stir gently to redistribute.
  6. Air fry for another 5 minutes.

Notes

  • Thinner slices = crispier chips. A mandoline works great for even cutting.
  • Radish chips shrink a lot during cooking, so don’t be surprised by the final yield.
  • You can mix in smoked paprika or chili powder for a bolder flavor twist.
