Method
- Wash and pat dry the radish slices thoroughly.
- Place them in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
- Spritz or lightly brush with oil.
- Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Air fry at 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. Stir gently to redistribute.
- Air fry for another 5 minutes.

Notes
- Thinner slices = crispier chips. A mandoline works great for even cutting.
- Radish chips shrink a lot during cooking, so don’t be surprised by the final yield.
- You can mix in smoked paprika or chili powder for a bolder flavor twist.
