Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds bone-in chicken thighs about 6–8 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a wire rack.
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne.
  4. Place chicken in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with seasoning blend.
  5. Arrange chicken skin-side up on the rack.
  6. Bake 35–45 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
