Method
- Place beef chunks in Crock Pot. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat.
- Add broth, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Top with sliced onions and mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4–5 hours or LOW for 7–8 hours, until beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles. Drain and set aside.
- Stir Crock Pot contents and confirm beef is fork-tender.

Notes
• Browning meat first adds depth but isn't required.
