Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound Penne Pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

  1. Add chicken, cream, broth, butter, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning to a 6-quart crock pot.
  2. Cook on LOW 4–6 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken, shred or dice, and return to crock pot.
  4. Stir in uncooked penne pasta. Cook on HIGH 20–30 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cover for 5 minutes to melt.

Notes

  • Stir once while the pasta is cooking to prevent sticking.
