Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cut kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes; stir to combine.
  4. Place kielbasa in the crock pot, pour sauce over, and stir to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. For thicker sauce, cook uncovered on high for 30–60 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with toothpicks.
