Crustless Spinach and Cottage Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in cottage cheese, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Pour mixture into greased pie dish.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can use frozen spinach—just thaw and squeeze out excess water first.
  • For a richer flavor, add sautéed onions or crispy bacon bits.
