Ingredients
  

  • 5 slices thick-cut bacon cooked and diced
  • 1 –2 tsp bacon drippings optional
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 large English cucumbers diced

Method
 

  1. Add diced cucumbers and halved tomatoes to a bowl.
  2. Mix Ranch dressing, bacon, and drippings in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour dressing mixture over veggies. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill 1 hour.
