Ingredients
  

  • lb ground beef
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Ketchup and mustard for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, stir in crumbled bacon, and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread beef mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar and diced pickles.

Notes
