These easy crab crescent bites are made with creamy crab filling tucked inside buttery crescent roll dough, baked until golden and crisp. Perfect for parties, game day, or any time you want a quick seafood snack that tastes gourmet!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat lump or flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons green onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  5. Spoon 1 teaspoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce to the filling.
  • These can be made a few hours ahead — just refrigerate before baking and pop them in the oven when ready.
