Method
- Mix flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Coat chicken in flour and shake off excess.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet.
- Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side. Transfer to a warm plate.
- Melt butter in the same pan.
- Cook mushrooms for 2–3 minutes, scraping browned bits.
- Add garlic, then pour in Marsala wine and broth.
