Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice bananas, mango, strawberries, etc.
  • 1 –2 tablespoons water or juice as needed
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Freeze chopped fruit until solid.
  2. Add to blender or processor. Pulse, then blend until smooth.
  3. Add liquid only if needed. Taste and add sweetener if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or freeze 1–2 hours for scoopable texture.

Notes

  • Bananas make it creamier, while mango and berries give bright, fruity flavors.
