Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain, reserving pasta water.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5–8 minutes to thicken.
  6. Add half the Parmesan and whisk until smooth and melted.

Notes
