Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, and oil together.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir just until combined. Batter may be lumpy.
  4. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.

Notes

  • The batter will be slightly lumpy—this is totally normal.
