- In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, and oil together.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir just until combined. Batter may be lumpy.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.

Notes
- The batter will be slightly lumpy—this is totally normal.
- Let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes before cooking for fluffier pancakes.
