Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet.
- Sear beef with garlic salt and pepper until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In same skillet, cook bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms until soft.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Return beef to skillet and combine well. If needed, transfer to a baking dish.

Notes
- Ribeye or sirloin gives the most authentic cheesesteak flavor.
- Skip mushrooms if you want to stay traditional.
- For a thicker sauce, reduce the broth slightly or use full-fat cream cheese.
