Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, water, and half the ketchup.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spread remaining ketchup over the top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Notes
- You can use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version—just reduce water slightly.
- Any flavor of Stove Top stuffing works well, but savory herb is my personal favorite.
- For extra moisture, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk to the mix.
