Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef *see notes
  • 1.25 box Stove Top Stuffing any flavor
  • 2.5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, water, and half the ketchup.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Spread remaining ketchup over the top.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version—just reduce water slightly.
  • Any flavor of Stove Top stuffing works well, but savory herb is my personal favorite.
  • For extra moisture, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk to the mix.
