Easy Turkey Stuffing Meatloaf

Made with ground turkey, stuffing mix, and savory vegetables, this moist meatloaf is full of flavor and finished with a silky turkey gravy. It’s perfect for weeknight dinners or when you’re craving holiday warmth in an easy-to-make, make-ahead format.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups dry stuffing mix divided
  • 1 quart turkey stock divided
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups onion diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Bell’s Seasoning
  • 4 whole eggs beaten
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Gravy:
  • 2 cups turkey stock
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon browning and seasoning sauce e.g., Kitchen Bouquet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Soak 3 cups stuffing mix in 2 cups turkey stock. Let it soften.
  3. In a pan, sauté butter, onion, celery, garlic, and seasoning until soft. Cool.
  4. Process remaining 1 cup stuffing into crumbs.
  5. In a bowl, combine soaked stuffing, eggs, turkey, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add cooled veggies and stuffing crumbs. Mix well.

Notes

  • Using pre-made stuffing mix saves time and adds seasoning.
