Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Soak 3 cups stuffing mix in 2 cups turkey stock. Let it soften.
- In a pan, sauté butter, onion, celery, garlic, and seasoning until soft. Cool.
- Process remaining 1 cup stuffing into crumbs.
- In a bowl, combine soaked stuffing, eggs, turkey, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled veggies and stuffing crumbs. Mix well.

Notes
- Using pre-made stuffing mix saves time and adds seasoning.
- You can substitute chicken stock if turkey stock isn’t available.
