Made from frozen watermelon, a splash of lime juice, and optional sweetener, this 3-ingredient sorbet is vibrant, hydrating, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and frozen
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup or honey optional

Method
 

  1. Freeze cubed watermelon for at least 4 hours.
  2. Blend frozen watermelon and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Add sweetener to taste, blend again.
  4. Serve immediately or freeze 1–2 hours for firmer texture.

Notes

  • For easier blending, let the watermelon sit at room temp for 2–3 minutes before processing.
  • Lime juice adds brightness, but lemon can be used too.
