This deconstructed egg roll combines seasoned ground meat, crunchy cabbage mix, and a soy-sesame sauce in under 30 minutes. It’s low-carb, high-protein, and full of takeout-inspired flavor—no rolling required!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork or turkey
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix or 2 cups shredded cabbage + 1 cup carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds hot sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook ground meat in large skillet until browned. Set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add coleslaw mix and cook 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Return meat to skillet. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Toss to coat, top with green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use pre-shredded coleslaw mix to save prep time.
  • For keto-friendly: use ground pork, coconut aminos, and serve without rice.
