Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup chopped Fuji or Honeycrisp apples
  • ½ cup red seedless grapes quartered
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mayonnaise reduced fat is fine
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ranch seasoning Hidden Valley powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a medium or large bowl, combine chicken, apples, grapes, celery, pecans, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir gently until well mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
