Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in wet mixture.
  4. Fold gently until just combined; batter should be lumpy.
  5. Heat a greased skillet over medium. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.
  6. Cook 2 minutes until bubbles form and edges set.
  7. Flip and cook 1–2 minutes until golden.

Notes
