Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk in milk and egg until combined.
  3. Stir in melted butter; batter will be lumpy.
  4. Let batter rest 10 minutes.
  5. Heat griddle to 350°F. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.
  6. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles appear and edges dry.
  7. Flip; cook 2–3 more minutes until golden. Serve hot.
