Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • Butter-flavored cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk in the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Coat lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake into the pan.
