Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack instant ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • Everything bagel seasoning to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook and drain ramen noodles.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar.
  4. Add cooked noodles, tossing to coat.
  5. Push noodles aside and scramble egg in the same pan.
  6. Mix egg into noodles, sprinkle with seasoning, and serve!
