Method
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Brown sausage slices for 4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes.
- Return sausage to skillet, season, toss with Italian seasoning, and remove from heat.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
