Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter Sausage Bites:
  • 1 lb smoked or Italian sausage sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
  • 12 oz pasta fettuccine, penne, or your favorite
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Brown sausage slices for 4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes.
  4. Return sausage to skillet, season, toss with Italian seasoning, and remove from heat.
  5. Garnish with parsley.
  6. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
