Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and sear 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add broth and Worcestershire, scraping the pan.
- Pour in cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
