Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This garlic parmesan crusted chicken is juicy on the inside, golden and crispy on the outside, and packed with flavor from garlic, herbs, and cheese. It’s an easy weeknight dinner that looks and tastes like a restaurant dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley before serving if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne if you like a little heat.
  • Great served with pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies.
