Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add parmesan cheese and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread shrimp in a single layer on baking sheet.
