Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes halved or quartered
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss steak and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
  3. Divide among foil sheets. Top with butter.
  4. Seal foil packs tightly.
  5. Grill 10–12 minutes per side or bake 20–25 minutes.
  6. Open carefully, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • Try to keep potato pieces and steak cubes similar in size to ensure they cook at the same rate.
  • Thin foil can tear and leak. Double-layer if using regular foil.
