Garlic Toast Pizza

This garlic toast pizza is the ultimate last-minute dinner or snack. Made with frozen garlic bread, gooey cheese, and pizza toppings of your choice, it’s crispy, comforting, and ready in under 15 minutes. No dough, no fuss!

Ingredients
  

  • 5.5 slices frozen garlic toast
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or other toppings of choice optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven according to the garlic toast package instructions.
  2. Arrange garlic toast slices on a baking sheet and bake 2 minutes less than directed.
  3. Remove from oven. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce (about 1 tablespoon per slice) on each piece of toast.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add your desired toppings.
  5. Switch oven to broil.
  6. Return the tray to the oven and broil for 2–4 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes
