Method
 

  1. Whisk marinade ingredients and coat chicken. Refrigerate 30 mins–2 hrs.
  2. Grill chicken 5–6 mins per side until internal temp hits 165°F. Rest.
  3. Toast buns while chicken rests.
  4. Assemble sandwiches with mayo, veggies, grilled chicken, and bun tops.
