Method
- Pat chicken dry. Trim thick areas if desired.
- Mix garlic powder, celery salt, lemon pepper, and celery seeds. Rub over both sides of chicken.
- In a bowl, whisk Dijon mustard and honey.
- Coat chicken, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes–2 hours.
- Preheat grill to 400°F. Grill chicken 6 minutes per side, until internal temp is 165°F.
- Remove from grill. Rest 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes
- Marinating longer deepens flavor.
