Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 3½ lbs)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper
  • ½ tsp celery seeds
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry. Trim thick areas if desired.
  2. Mix garlic powder, celery salt, lemon pepper, and celery seeds. Rub over both sides of chicken.
  3. In a bowl, whisk Dijon mustard and honey.
  4. Coat chicken, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes–2 hours.
  5. Preheat grill to 400°F. Grill chicken 6 minutes per side, until internal temp is 165°F.
  6. Remove from grill. Rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
