Method
- Shake together cornstarch and cold water. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook 4–5 minutes.
- Remove and set aside.
- Add ground beef and onion to the skillet. Season with salt/white pepper.
- Cook until browned, then drain grease.

Notes
- You can use frozen broccoli—just thaw and pat dry first.
- Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken to lighten it up.
- Low-sodium soy sauce works great if you're watching salt.
