Method
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Push the beef aside and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, bouillon, cumin, cayenne, paprika, and salt. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage, stir, cover, and cook 10–15 minutes until tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with rice, bread, or on its own.

Notes
- Use green or savoy cabbage for best texture.
- You can substitute beef bouillon powder with chicken or vegetable bouillon if preferred.
- Add a splash of water or broth if it seems too dry while cooking.
